A little announcement... This is my 100th blog post!!! I honestly can't believe that I made it this far. And to top it off, this post is featured on Chef Dennis' More Than A Mount Full blog. It's gonna be a good Friday.
I love this stew . . . has all the markings of a warm and cozy comfort meal, which we'll need with all the snow and cold coming! I have the barley, and I have beef -- just no fresh mushrooms :( but I'll be saving this for sure Glad you were able to share this with Chef Dennis's readers -- that's how I found you! Great job.

This looks so-o-o-o comforting. It's very cold and snowy and this would be perfect, if only I hadn't used the last of my fresh mushrooms yesterday. But on the list it goes. Glad to see you on Chef Dennis's blog. Nice to meet you.

Congrats on your 100th post! I enjoyed reading this recipe on More than a Mount Full. It would be a great hit in our house as my boyfriend loves beef and mushrooms and I never seem to be able to keep them on hand for him. :D
