I think I have a sentimental attachment to smoked oysters. It reminds me of lazy Saturdays when my sister, my dad and I were starving and dinner wasn't ready yet. My dad would rummage through the pantry and take out a box of smoked oysters and we'd eat them on crackers and polish off a bottle of wine. I recently had some with my sister and it was just as amazing as I remembered.
Here's how to create this pre-dinner snack.
1. Spread some cream cheese on crackers.
2. Place a smoked oyster on each cracker.
3. Open a bottle of Prosecco.
4. Eat and drink with someone you love.

Marvelous canape. I am a big fan of smoked oysters. Would go gloriously with Cantine Riondo Prosecco Veneto.

I've recently discovered smoked canned mussels. Mussels palang yun! What more if oysters! Is there a particular brand you would recommend for me to try?
